5th Graduation Day
The RVS Padhmavathy college of Engineering and Technology celebrated its 5th Graduation day on Saturday, the 15th February 2020 in its campus. The celebrations started with the academic procession in which the dignitaries namely, Mr. Cladius Fernando. Director, Woory Automotives, Chennai, India. Dr. U. Vishal, Trustee, RVS Educational Trust (Chennai), Dr. R. Venkataswamy, Advisor, Dr. T. Venkatamuni The Principal of the College, and The Heads of various departments were organised function at College Auditorium. The dignitaries adorned the dais and after the customary invocation song and lighting the lamp, the Principal welcomed all the dignitaries, invitees, parents, faculty and graduands. The Trustee and Advisor felicitated the chief guest with shall and memento.
The Trustee, Dr. U. Vishal declared the graduation day open and in his presidential address he congratulated the graduands and Parents. The education system should not be based on the marks scored by the student, it should be the learning how to survive for betterment of society needs. The students should have good communication knowledge to lead the team and also advised all graduaands to share their ideas to Juniors.
The Chief Guest Mr. Cladius Fernando in his address he pointed out that Learning is a Continuous Process by the Hard work and Dedication by teachers in shaping the graduands as an responsible citizens of the country. RVS Padmadvathy college of Engineering and Technology is also maintaining high standards in education and helping for moulding the young graduands to the society.
Dr. R. Venkataswamy Guest of Honour, informed to graduands about importance of the Hard work, Dedication, Skills and Commitment to the Work for developing carrier toward higher quality.
Then every head of the department called out the names of the graduands of their respective departments who were awarded with the degree certificates by the guest of honour.
In this ceremony, 298 students from various branches like Civil Engineering Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering received their degrees.
Parents expressed joyful gratitude to the faculty and the management in molding their wards as professionals in the course of study in our Institution.
